Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, and set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle, beat the eggs, sugar, and salt on medium-high speed until the mixture is pale and doubled in volume, 6 to 8 minutes.
